5m caseload in Africa by Spring

The second wave began in late September when the 7-day moving averages for the change in both caseloads and fatalities stood at around 8k & 180 per day respectively. Since then, both have climbed to 24k & 600. Current trajectories point to cases topping 5m by early March accompanied by around 100k fatalities.
